The three buildings, witnesses of different eras, each have a distinct architectural identity: built in 1873, the Weber, former headquarters of the United Budapest Metropolitan Savings Bank, reflects the neo-Renaissance style ; built in 1913, the Mahart, former headquarters of the Hungarian River and Sea Transport Company, is distinguished by its art nouveau aesthetic ; Finally, built in 1937, the Munnich, a modernist building, elegantly fuses elements of Art Deco and Bauhaus.
