Designed to capture the essence of Tbilisi, the hotel embodies a delicate balance between tradition and modernity. Designed by the prestigious architecture firm Hausart Georgia, the Paragraph Freedom Square hotel is located in a striking contemporary building, boasting a curved double-glass facade that reflects the splendor of Freedom Square. Highlights include the National Opera, the historic Municipal Assembly and neoclassical art museums.

The hotel’s refined interiors, designed by HAT Design Paris, draw inspiration from Georgia’s rich heritage and indigenous history. The design elements are inspired by the Chokha, a centuries-old national folk costume known for its triangular shapes and straps, as well as traditional ornaments with distinctive geometric patterns. These unique designs merge with elegance in the hotel’s common areas, as well as in the 220 rooms and suites. The latter are distinguished by a warm color palette and furniture made with contrasting materials, such as leather and velvet, creating a subtle and luxurious environment. Windows stretch from floor to ceiling, flooding the spaces with natural light and offering guests unparalleled views of the historic city. Each room also features a spacious bathroom with custom fixtures, as well as a wine fridge thoughtfully stocked with a selection of local Georgian wines.

Paragraph Freedom Square offers an exceptional dining experience with five restaurants and bars, led by Michelin-starred executive chef Stéphane Gortina, a true artisan of Georgian cuisine. At Ostigan, which will become Tbilisi’s new gastronomic hotspot, Georgian heritage comes to life through seasonal menus that highlight local delights and continental cuisine. Highlights include homemade linguini with walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes and Baje sauce, a signature of Georgian cuisine, a modern Georgian salad with smoked Suluguni cheese, and Paris-Tbilisi choux pastry with hazelnut biscuits and caramelized walnuts. Situated on the ninth floor, Chinari, the sky bar, offers an unforgettable nightlife experience with an exquisite selection of wines and craft cocktails, all in an intimate setting with stunning views of the city. Eary, the hotel’s ephemeral rooftop, invites guests to savor light dishes or gather with friends and family for a summer brunch. Gulama offers a daily breakfast, while Talani, the lobby bar, decorated with works of art, invites you to taste homemade cakes and sweets, accompanied by artisanal coffees and teas.

For a wellness getaway, guests can escape to the Paragraph Spa, a sanctuary of relaxation situated on the upper floors. With six private treatment rooms, this space offers a full range of revitalizing massages and ESPA facials. Facilities include an infinity pool, a circular indoor pool and a 100 m² gym with panoramic views of Praça da Liberdade. In addition to Technogym’s state-of-the-art equipment, the gym is home to the first PRAMA studio in Georgia, offering a personalized, interactive, high-intensity circuit training program with music, video, ambient lighting and floor covering options, accessible through a mobile application.

Inviting guests to explore the local rich cultural heritage, the hotel’s Destination Discovery program offers a variety of immersive experiences, including Georgian wine tastings, specialized traditional cooking classes and exclusive tours of the National Opera. Organized by the hotel concierge, this private tour transports participants into the captivating history of the theater, which has stood proudly since 1851.

The fully equipped meeting and event space spans 1,400 square meters and offers great flexibility with a conference room, five boardrooms and two sumptuous ballrooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 700 guests.
